Job description

Position
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, ready to contribute innovative ideas and advanced technological solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to analyze market data and adapt marketing strategies to maximize our impact in the industry.

Responsabilities
Data Analysis: Use AI algorithms to analyze large amounts of data on consumers and their interactions with the brand. This includes analyzing user behavior, preferences, and purchasing trends to guide marketing decisions.
Personalization: Use AI to personalize the user experience, from customizing digital content and emails to creating tailored shopping experiences that increase the likelihood of conversion.
Campaign Automation: Use AI-enhanced marketing automation platforms to develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns. This allows for real-time optimization of campaigns based on feedback and user behavior.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Apply AI to improve SEO and SEM through advanced keyword analysis, content optimization, and campaign management.
Chatbots and Virtual Assistance: Design and manage AI chatbots to enhance user engagement and provide immediate customer support, facilitating smooth communication and efficiently answering frequently asked questions.
Prediction and Modeling: Develop predictive models using machine learning to forecast future market trends and consumer behavior, helping the company make proactive decisions.
Sentiment Analysis: Implement AI tools to analyze consumer sentiment on social media and other digital platforms. This helps better understand public perceptions and adjust communication strategies.
Reporting and Metrics: Use advanced AI systems to monitor and report on the performance of various marketing strategies and campaigns, providing detailed insights that can be used to further refine marketing tactics.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies supported by artificial intelligence.
Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including social media.
Analyze performance and create detailed reports for internal teams.
Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements
Proven experience in marketing roles and social media management.
Advanced skills in using Adobe programs and any other program you deem necessary to list.
Ability to assess own competence on a scale from 0 to 10 for each program used.
