The Position - eCommerce Internship
The eCommerce & Business Development Internship position is designed to immerse you in the dynamic world of direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand development and e-commerce innovation. Through hands-on involvement with our diverse brand portfolio and direct collaboration with co-founders and clients, you will hone your skills in digital strategy, performance marketing, social media optimization, and e-commerce platforms management. Our training goals include developing a robust entrepreneurial mindset, enhancing your problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities, and equipping you with the knowledge to implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns effectively across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and Google. You will also gain experience in identifying new opportunities, developing business plans from scratch, drafting proposals and pitching to potential partners and clients. Personal growth is a cornerstone of our program and on top of regular tutorship from founders, we offer 1-on-1 mentorship sessions from industry experts to guide your journey.
Learning Goals
Technical Competences:
· E-commerce Platform Management: Mastery of leading e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, from setting up storefronts to optimizing product listings and handling transactions.
· Digital Marketing and Social Media Optimization: Skills in leveraging digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Meta, Google) for brand promotion, customer engagement, and sales acceleration.
· Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Ability to analyze digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
· Strategic Planning and Project Implementation: Competence in developing strategic plans for digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and execution oversight.
